Hello! I'm Karla. 

 

I am a Disney cast member, author, and social media creator. I'm currently creating magic behind-the-scenes as a Program Experience Associate for Disney Programs. My job is to develop unique learning experiences and career connections to Disney interns to and assist with their overall program experience.

 

OH! and I wrote a book titled Imagination Mindset before I came back to Disney. I was inspired by the Cast Members that work for Walt Disney World® Parks and Resorts. After completing my Disney College Program in spring 2020, I was eager to share what I experienced in park operations. ​This book has turned into so much more than just my perspective. You get to hear Cast Members from different roles and locations talk about what it means to make magic through their lens.

A little bit more about me...I am a first-generation Mexican immigrant. Si, hablo español. I am a curious nomad, dreamer, and big picture thinker who thrives in challenging environments that offer opportunities for growth and expansion. I claim opportunities outside of my comfort zone with the hope that it will lead me on an extraordinary path.
