The goal of the book is to explore the values that fuel Cast Members in their daily operations, the concept of magic creation, and the pursuit of providing world-class service for people of all ages. Through discussing corporate Disney's values, leadership, and excellence that roots in each of the Cast Members, discover how Disney's moral compass and mindset are an asset that can go beyond the Walt Disney Company.
